Beginning with memberships sold after October ~ 2020, for EVERY paid
membership received by company, new or renewing $.50 will be allocated to
each pool. A Platinum Associate will be paid 1 share each of the SILVER, GOLD
AND PLATINUM POOLS, a Gold Associate will be paid 1 share each of the SILVER
AND GOLD POOLS, a Silver Associate will be paid 1 share of the SILVER POOL.
The payout will be calculated based upon the number of ~ memberships sold or
renewed and the number of Silver, Gold and Platinum Associates at each rank.
The POOL ~ BONUS will be paid out weekly and will not be applied to the debit
balance, unless the debit is deemed uncoIlectable.

Executive Director Leadership Pools

How it works: At the end of each month there will be an inventory of “renewing” IDUSA memberships.
Here are the allocations for each membership paid into the pools:

The total of these allocations will be placed into the Executive Director Leadership Pools (EDLP) based upon the number of Associates at the Executive Director Level. In our
early stages if we only have 1 Star Executive Directors then the entire EDLP would be divided equally among all the 1 Star Executive Directors. As we grow and we have
Associates reach 2 Star ED then we will allocate half of the EDLP to the 2 Star Pool and half to the 1 Star Pool. Example: The 2 Star Executive Director would be paid 1 share of
the 2 Star Pool PLUS 1 share of the 1 Star Pool. This same protocol would be the same all the way to 5 Star Executive Director status:

Executive Director Leadership Pool Rank Requirement

One person in a personally sponsored organization becoming Platinum

  • 2 Star Executive Director

One person in your Platinum organization becomes a 1 Star Executive Director

  • 3 Star Executive Director

One person in your 1 Star organization becomes a 2 Star Executive Director

  • 4 Star Executive Director

One person in your 2 Star organization becomes a 3 Star Executive Director

  • 5 Star Executive Director

One person in your 3 Star organization becomes a 4 Star Executive Director

This Executive Director Leadership bonus will be paid out monthly and will not be applied to the debit balance.

Things you need to know: Commissions are paid based on membership sales. Commissions amounts shown represent an advance commission. If a membership cancels
during the advance period you will be charged back against future comissions advances.

Residuals are amounts you can earn on memberships that renew after the advance has cleared for the life of the membership. You will begin earning residuals at the beginning
of the month following the advance period. All earnings wil be first applied to any outstanding debit balance you may have. Once the debit balance is recovered future earnings
wil be paid to you. Executive Director residuals will only be paid on that specific downline team that qualified you to earn Executive Director rank.
